The system is made of an indoor evaporator and an outdoor compressor.   The unit cools, heats, dehumidifies, and ventilates a space.  The KFR24GW consists of a cooling capacity of 23,100 BTUs which can cool approximately 1200 to 1400 square feet.  The heating unit has a capacity of 23,266 BTUs along with the capacity to dehumidify and ventilate your space.
