A ductless mini split heat pump is a great way to heat and cool an area such as an add-on, office, school, apartment,  or a house with non-ducted heating systems or any situation in which installing duct work is not feasible.  The Soleus Ductless Mini Split is small, efficient and convenient.  

The system is made of an indoor evaporator and an outdoor compressor.   The unit cools, heats, dehumidifies, and ventilates a space.  The KFR18GW  consists of a cooling capacity of 12,000 BTUs which can cool approximately 450 to 550 square feet.  The heating unit also has a capacity of 12,000 BTUs along with the capacity to dehumidify and ventilate a space.

A key feature of the Mini Split system is its size. The indoor unit, with a depth of just 8” can be easily mounted on or into a wall or ceiling and is small enough (H 13'' x W 39”) to not deduct from the interior design of your room.  The outdoor unit (H 24” x W 34.5” x D 14”) is also small and can be easily placed in an inconspicuous location around your home.
