The system is made of an indoor evaporator and an outdoor compressor.  The evaporator unit is connected to the outdoor compressor by a conduit that contains electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate tubing.  The unit cools, heats, dehumidifies, and ventilates a space.  The KFR18G/D  consists of a cooling capacity of 18,800 BTUs which can cool approximately 700 to 1000 square feet.  The heating unit also has a capacity of 18,800 BTUs and the system dehumidifies and ventilates your space.

The indoor unit, with a depth of just 8” can be easily mounted on or into a wall or ceiling and is small enough (H 13'' x W 39”) to not deduct from the interior design of your room.  The outdoor unit is also small and can be easily placed in an inconspicuous location.
