A ductless mini split heat pump is a great way to heat and cool an area such as an add-on, office, school, apartment,  or a house with non-ducted heating systems or any situation in which installing duct work is not feasible.  The Soleus Ductless Mini Split is small, efficient and convenient.  

The system is made of an indoor evaporator and an outdoor compressor.  The evaporator unit is connected to the outdoor compressor by a conduit that contains electrical wiring, refrigerant lines, and condensate tubing.  The unit cools, heats and dehumidifies a space.  The KF12RG/D  consists of a cooling capacity of 12,000 BTUs which can cool approximately 450 to 550 square feet.  The heating unit has a capacity of 13,000 BTUs and the dehumidifier can remove up to 2.9 Pt/h of moisture.  

The size of this system is another key feature.  The Soleus Mini Split is conveniently small and lightweight.  The indoor unit, with a depth of just 7 7/10”  can be easily mounted on or into a wall or ceiling and is small enough (H 11'' x W 31 3/10) to not deduct from the interior design of your room.  The outdoor unit is also small and can be easily placed in an inconspicuous location.
