The Cuno Aqua-Pure AP811 Whole House Filter features a product dimension of 19 7/8” L x 4 5/8” W together with Flow Rate of 45 gpm / 170.3 lpm, Graded Density for Long Life (up to 30% longer!) and 25 Micron Nominal Filtration. Because this house filter is made from FDA (CFR 21) Compliant Materials, they have Rigid Construction so that they can withstand any stressful conditions like high pressure drop and water hammer. It offers expert Dirt and Rust Reduction along with Medium sediment removal. It requires the Use on Hot & Cold Water (up to 100° F). The rigid and sturdy Aqua-Pure cartridges are provided with a replacement period of 3-4 months that depends on the water usage and quality. The change of cartridge can be easily done. After turning off the incoming water, bleed pressure from the unit by depressing the red button on top of unit and the eradicate housing by sliding wrench up toward head next turn left to unscrew. Then wipe housing clean and put in new cartridge. After lubricating the o-ring and screw housing into head, turn the water back on.
