DESCRIPTION
The MPO-DV was designed from the ground up to be one of the most efficient and reliable boilers in the industry, the MPO-DV oil fired boiler utilizes a cast iron, 3 pass heat exchanger to deliver 87% AFUE. The direct vent feature allows replacement of existing boilers without the expense of costly repairs to existing chimneys. This is a wet base, rear flue boiler designed from the ground up for hassle free service and installation piece of mind. The three pass design allows the entire block to be cleaned and vacuumed without removing the flue pipe, while the cast iron, full length, swing out, burner door allows easy access to all of the heating surfaces. An "NX" Beckett burner reduces noise, and allows entry for outside combustion air. Use the MPO-DV with an Alliance indirect water heater to supply all of the heating and hot water needs for the home with the added benefit of lower fuel consumption and greater monthly energy savings. Supply and return connections are 1-1/2" FPT.
