Minuteman II

DESCRIPTION
Minuteman® II combines home heating with domestic hot water in one space saving unit. Its small footprint allows it to be installed in confined areas and closets. This unit can provide hot water at up to 3.3 gallons per minute intermittent draw. Standard equipment includes deluxe insulated jacket, theraltimeter, drain valve for boiler & water heater tank. Tank circulator & tank thermostat. Full HSI control package, safety relief valve, differential pressure switch, transformer-relay, vent pipe monitor, separate horizontal vent terminal and separate air intake.

Warranties consist of 1 year limited on entire boiler, 5 years limited on the heating reservoir and lifetime limited on the heat exchanger. The Minuteman® II combination units are not stocked, but are available upon special order. Please check for lead time. Equiguard® Extended Service Agreements are available for Burnham Boilers. Please specify for LP or Natural Gas usage at time of order.
