DESCRIPTION
The Alliance SL™ indirect water heaters are available in 5 sizes to cover residential and light commercial applications with a single indirect tank. Larger commercial applications may require multiple indirect heater usage. These indirect heaters utilize the heating capacity of a hydronic or steam boiler to produce increased amounts of domestic hot water at a low operating cost. The seamless hydrastone-lined tank has extremely low standby losses. In many cases 1/2 the standby losses of competitive indirect heaters. Standard equipment includes hydrastone-lined tank, expanded polystyrene insulation, polypropylene outer jacket, removable wound coil with cold water diffuser, TPI temperature control, drain valve and relief valve.

  • A 10-year full tank replacement, two-year labor and one year on parts
  • Hydrastone-lining protects effectively against corrosion
  • Unique cold water diffuser to increase output by 20 percent
  • Two to three inches of polyurethane foam insulation combined with the stone lining resulting in extremely low standby heat loss.
  • Top mount removable heat exchanger with double o-ring design for easy installation and service and eliminates the need for welds between the piping and the tank.
  • Proprietary TPI control accurately controls the output water temperature and helps eliminate tank �overload."
