DESCRIPTION
The Burnham Series 8H cast iron gas-fired boiler provides outstanding single boiler performance and reliability. The boiler can be arranged for space heating or combination space heating and domestic hot water heating with the use of an Alliance indirect-fired water heater. In addition, the compact design and minimum side clearances make the Series 8H ideal for pre-made manifolds available from Burnham for modular and/or multiple boiler installations. Constructed with durable cast iron sections.

The pinned heating surfaces of these sections along with the vertical flue design extracts maximum heat losses. This results in higher efficiencies and lower fuel costs. The aluminized steel burners are designed and precision-tuned to provide optimum air flow for high combustion efficiency, smooth and quiet light off and long life. Multi-family dwellings, small businesses and office complexes are typical applications for the Series 8H boiler. Features include top mounted drafthood, rugged cast iron nipple joint sections, deluxe insulated jacket, durable cast iron sections for long life, aluminized steel burners and factory assembled gas manifold with plugged test tapping.

Elminaire® air eliminator, pressure temperature gauge and safety relief valve. The Series 8H is stocked as a knockdown unit. Knockdown units are shipped with sections assembled and mounted on the base with manifold and burners installed. Sizes 806 and 807 supplied with EI-CSD-1 Controls. Provides electronic ignition, 100% safety shut-off, electronic supervision of pilot and intermittent pilot operation. High limit w/manual reset and LWCO with manual reset must be added for commercial applications. Not required for residential applications except as defined by local jurisdiction codes. Size 808 thru 810 supplied with EP-CSD-1 Controls. Provides electronic ignition, 100% safety shut-off, electronic supervision of pilot and intermittent pilot operation. Prewired control cabinet with RM7890 and indicator lights. Includes L4006E and 750P-MT manual reset controls.
