Unit can be wall-hung (bracket included) or floor mounted and comes with a temperature/pressure relief valve.  It has a simple 120 V AC plug-in connection.
 
Simply tap into the cold water line and install the water heater directly at the sink to provide a small volume of water.  It may also be installed in-line with a larger hot water source to eliminate the wait for hot water
